In order to reduce the spread of Covid-19 epidemic and facilitate the process of applying for Health Declaration Certificate for non-Chinese passengers, starting from 16 November 2020, non-Chinese passengers shall apply for Health Declaration Certificate online through the following procedure:
I. Register and log in to the Health Declaration Certificate system (https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/) on your computer or mobile phone, fill in the required information and upload your negative nucleic acid test and IgM anti-body test reports.
II. The Chinese Embassy in Croatia will review your negative nucleic acid test and IgM anti-body test reports and issue Health Declaration Certificate with "HDC" mark (as shown below) in time. Passengers must present the green code within its validity period before boarding.
