On November 15, 2016, President Xi Jinping sent a message of condolences to President Mamnoon Hussain of Pakistan over the severe terrorist attack hitting Khuzdar District in Balochistan province of Pakistan.
Xi Jinping said in the message of condolences that I am shocked to learn about the severe terrorist attack hitting Khuzdar District in Balochistan province of your country, which caused heavy casualties. On behalf of the Chinese government and people as well as in my own name, I would like to extend profound condolences to the victims and express sincere sympathy to the injured and the bereaved families.
Xi Jinping pointed out that China opposes terrorism in all of its forms and strongly condemns the terrorist attack. The Chinese people will always stand together with the Pakistani people and firmly support Pakistan in its efforts to combat terrorism, safeguard national stability and protect the safety of its people.
